❓ 回覆分析需要多久？
通常於收到付款及所有所需資料後 3–5 日內完成，如有延遲會主動通知。
❓ 可以加急處理嗎？
奇門遁甲可以。如需 24 小時內加快處理，請於填表時註明，並補付 £20 加急費用。風水堪察報告需時，並未能提供加急處理。
❓ 奇門遁甲可以問什麼樣的問題？
奇門遁甲可處理如：搬遷選擇、事業決策、感情困擾、生意洽談、人際問題等。但不提供非法、醫療或生死相關問題的預測。
❓ 風水報告會包含哪些內容？
風水報告會附上分析重點區域的詳細解說、飛星組合、問題說明與調整建議，並以 PDF 格式提供，另含一次 30–45 分鐘 Zoom 問答。
❓ 付款後可以退款嗎？
由於屬於專業個別分析服務，一經確認付款後恕不退款。如有特殊情況，請提前告知。
❓ 如果我沒有平面圖怎麼辦？
可手繪一份標示清晰的草圖，務必包括窗門、爐灶、床位、廁所等位置，並指明「正北方向」。
